I'm Having Trouble Receiving Emails
I’m having trouble receiving emails from Lucky Little Learners. What can I do?
If you’ve joined our contact list, but can’t seem to receive LLL emails, follow these three steps to troubleshoot:
- Check your spam or promotions folders. Your email server may have filtered our message into another folder.
- Sign up with your personal email address. Did you sign up with your school email address? Some schools do not allow for outside emails. Try signing up again with a personal address to make sure you receive the latest from LLL.
- Add customerservice@luckylittlelearners.com to your contacts. This lets your email server know that you want to receive emails from LLL directly in your inbox. The GIFs below show you how to do this on your phone and computer:
