How to Unzip a ZIP File

Are you trying to unzip a Lucky Little Learners resource file with not much luck? Don’t worry! The process is actually simple, it just sounds complex. The good news is a file that needs unzipping is a file that includes LOTS of good resources! So, follow the steps below to unzip and start teaching! 

To get started, double click on the downloaded, zipped file. It will be in the download bar, towards the bottom of your browser window.

After you click on the zipped file, you will see an “expanding” pop up menu. This is good….it means it is working!

Next, your unzipped file will show up in your Downloads folder. (Usually, this folder will pop up and open.)

Last, double click on this new, unzipped file to access your resources.
