Do You Offer Refunds on All Access Memberships?

The materials are delivered to you electronically. For that reason, we do not offer refunds. However, if you join the subscription and find it’s not a good fit for you, you can cancel anytime and you won’t be charged again.

We understand though that things don’t always go as planned, so we offer refunds in a few limited circumstances. If your membership purchase falls into one of the exceptions listed below, you may be eligible for a refund. Refund requests must be submitted within one year of your purchase and are granted on a case-by-case basis.

**Please note that when orders DO meet our refund criteria, they may be processed for purchases made within the last 12 months. Refund requests submitted beyond this period will not be eligible. Please contact our customer service team within this timeframe to initiate your refund process.
