Do You Offer Refunds on All Access Memberships?
The materials are delivered to you electronically. For that reason, we do not offer refunds. However, if you join the subscription and find it’s not a good fit for you, you may cancel at any time to avoid future charges.
We understand though that things don’t always go as planned, so we offer refunds in a few limited circumstances. If your membership purchase falls into one of the exceptions listed below, you may be eligible for a refund. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within one year of the original purchase date.
Eligible refund situations may include:
– Duplicate Purchase
– Other circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis

**Important Notes:
- Refunds are only considered for purchases made within the last 12 months. Requests submitted beyond this timeframe are not eligible.
- If your purchase was made using PayPal, refunds can only be issued within 180 days (approximately 6 months) of the original transaction date, per PayPal's refund policy. Requests submitted after this PayPal window cannot be processed, even if they otherwise meet our refund criteria.
