Can I Cancel My All Access Membership At Any Time?
Yes, you can make changes, including cancellations at any time in your account.
Please note, closing your account will not entitle you to a refund. We kindly ask you to refer to our refund policy, which can be found at https://help.luckylittlelearners.com/article/33-do-you-issue-refunds. However, you will still be able to access your account and download resources until the end of your billing cycle. Once your cycle has ended, you will not be billed again.
1. In the “Welcome to Your Account” menu at the top of the page, arrow over until you see a “Subscriptions” button.
- Click "view" next to your subscription.
3. Last, click on the pink “Cancel” button.
You will be able to access all of our resources only for the remainder of your billing period.
- When you want to return, all you have to do is login to your account and click the "Reactivate" button. We hope to see you again soon!
